Miscellaneous Steel Structures

Besides large structures such as halls, tanks and bridges, a big part of our everyday work is secondary and miscellaneous steelwork – the elements that make a building or a plant accessible, safe and usable. We prepare complete shop drawings, assembly drawings and part lists for:

  • Stairs – straight and multi-flight steel stairs, stringers, landings and treads
  • Railings and handrails – straight, sloped and curved railings, including ring railings on tank roofs
  • Platforms and walkways – access and maintenance platforms, deck plates and gratings
  • Ladders – fixed ladders with safety cages and multi-level tower platforms
  • Canopies and shelters – canopy frames, portal frames and small shed structures
  • Substructures – roof and façade substructures, frames for openings and tribune seating substructures

These elements are full of details and interfaces with other trades, so precise connections, correct tolerances and clear drawings for the workshop and the site make the biggest difference. A selection of our 3D models is shown below.
